Products include high resolution electrohydrodynamic inkjet printing equipment, RFID products and solution, industrial vision system, intelligent robot in electronic manufacturing industry, etc. The developed technology, products and solutions have been successfully applied in Cisco, Huawei, Midea, Geely and other enterprises. Huaweike has developed HEIJ series of high resolution electrohydrodynamic inkjet printer, whose technology won the first prize of natural science in Hubei province in 2017 and the gold award of international Geneva invention exhibition in 2014. HEIJ printer have equipped with the function modules of high-speed vision system, high precision multi degree motion platform, and precision ink supply system, etc., integrated function modes of drop-on-demand, electrospinning and electrospray for printing structures of micro-nano dot, line/fiber and thin film, and supported importing vector and bitmap graphics to obtain high precise and complex patterns. HEIJ printer suits to 1-10000 cPs viscosity inks, and can be used to print quantum dot, RGB, TFT, touch screen, piezoelectric/gas sensor, circuit, OPV, cell scaffold, growth base, etc., whose applications include display, sensor, optics, energy, materials, biology, medicine and chemical industry, etc.
