The Industrial-strength Nano-surface Encapsulation Technique: Application in Electronics and Flexible Production

Presentation Abstract:

An industry-level high barrier encapsulation technology for flexible electronics is presented. This technology enables the fabrication of high barrier flexible film with roll-to-roll mode in atmospheric pressure. Due to the high compatibility of engaging different encapsulation materials and surface treatment technologies, such as roll-to-roll nanoimprinting (NIL), it also enables various functions realization, such as light transmission enhancement, anti-reflection coating, surface wettability modification, film mechanical property enhancement, as well as bio-applications for example anti- bacteria and cell culturing.

Biography:

郭鸿晨博士毕业于新加坡国立大学物理系,先后就职于新加坡科技研究局高级研究员,南京工业大学特聘外籍专家,新加坡Solves Pte Ltd及新加坡Ernten研发总工程师。长期从事科技产业化工作,是有机电子器件高分子聚合物表面封装领域专家,拥有10年聚合物材料表界面物理化学、有机电子学、半导体器件、超高封装材料和产业化封装技术领域的工作经验。熟悉柔性OLED、柔性电子、柔性能源及柔性生物医药等领域衬底材料功能性表面处理产业化技术研发、工艺及系统设计:已成功研发工业级柔性材料表面透明高水氧阻隔封装技术、工业级柔性材料表面纳米压印技术、工业级柔性表面原子层沉积及化学沉积技术、工业级纳米材料及量子点表面封装技术等。
